The highest achieving performers in the world come from Avellano Corylus’ direct damline.

Avellano Corylus’ third Dam Estel by Landgraf I is the origin of a breeding sensation: Both, her daughter Nobel Lady I and subsequently her grand-daughter Festel won the Champion Mare Title.

Nobel Lady I gave birth to FEI World No. 1 Tim Price’s record-holding Olympic horse Vitali, Individual Gold and Team Gold, CHIO Aachen 2025.

Estel is Sister of Radona, dam of Landfrieden, sire of Olympic mare Loro Piana Las Vegas, who produced an impressive clear round on a challenging course where some of the biggest names in the sport struggled.

At her first ever Olympics, the elegant mare placed infront of Carthago Z and Jos Lansink as well as infront of other experienced pairs and well-known breeding sires.

Landfrieden is also damsire of Nations Cup Winner Asti Spumante and sire and grandsire of several 1m60 horses.

Radona is also the dam of Landritter, who was imported to Brazil and became a cornerstone of the Brazilian Sport Horse studbook.

Landritter is sire of 11-times Grand Prix Winner Landritter Do Feroleto, Landritter Do Feroleto II, and Olympic Landpeter Do Feroleto, world-renowned for his spectacular, reliable, consistent and seemingly effortless double-clear rounds at the most demanding showjumping courses in the world, including Olympics and Nations Cups.

Incredible clear round at her first ever Olympics.

(The brick at the wall did not fall. 0 penalties.)

At her first ever Olympics, the elegant mare Loro Piana Las Vegas placed in front of Carthago Z and Jos Lansink as well as in front of other experienced pairs and well-known breeding sires.

Just like Olympic Vitali and Olympic Landpeter Do Feroleto (see videos below), Loro Piana Las Vegas impressively highlights and celebrates the immense talent, consistency, reliability, rideability, willingness, heart and courage, ease and lightness, beauty and elegance of this remarkable family.

Olympic Vitali

FEI World No. 1 Tim Price

Vitali is an elite Holsteiner eventing gelding (born 2010) out of champion mare Noble Lady I, daughter of Avellano Corylus’ third dam Estel. Ridden by New Zealand's Olympic equestrian Tim Price, FEI World No. 1, he is celebrated globally for his exceptional and consistent 5-star performance, setting a historic 5-star record.

Olympic and Championship Highlights

Consistent 5-Star Performer: Vitali is noted for a spectacular cross-country record, logging double-digit consecutive clear rounds at the world's toughest 5-star events.

Aachen 2025: Individual Gold, Team Gold Nations Cup. Start-to-finish win, in the lead across all disciplines.

Tokyo 2020 Olympics: Vitali and Tim Price represented New Zealand. They sat an impressive 4th individually after the cross-country phase, finishing 5th in the team event.

Historic Dressage Record: The pair made history at the Burghley Horse Trials in 2023 by achieving the highest-ever CCI5* dressage score of 18.7, marking the first time in history a sub-20 penalty score had ever been achieved at that level.

Avellano Corylus is paternal cousin of Super Grand Prix Winner Foxy De La Roque (Victor Bettendorf, LUX).

Legendary ARMITAGE (ARGENTINUS - GRANNUS) is Grandsire of Avellano Corylus (Sire Armison) and Grandsire of Foxy de la Roque (Sire Armitage’s Boy).

At 9 years of age, Foxy de la Roque is phenomenal Winner of the Longines Global Champions Tour CSI5* Super Grand Prix in Riyadh, Winner of the CSI5*-W 1.60m Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix Lyon, and Winner of the Longines Global Champions Tour CSI5* Grand Prix of Rome.

Feo De Lauzelle, Damsire of King Edward

Furthermore, Foxy De la Roque and Avellano Corylus also share a genetic connection through Hanoverian stallion Feo De Lauzelle, who is the damsire of King Edward (Henrik von Eckermann, Sweden), Tokyo Olympic Team Gold Champion and 2022 Individual Gold and Team Gold World Champion in Herning.

Feo De Lauzelle is present in Foxy de la Roque’s third paternal generation.

Feo De Lauzelle is the damsire of Avellano Corylus’ paternal third dam Jessica De Lauzelle.

Double-Clear Rounds Sensational Horse

“Everyone sat up and paid attention when a relatively unknown Brazilian called Stephan de Freitas Barcha produced two spectacular clear rounds in the super-tough team competition, the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™, at La Baule (FRA) and Falsterbo (SWE) this year. Double-clears at this level of the sport are hard to come by, but while many other top combinations struggled to make it happen, Barcha’s horse, Landpeter do Feroleto, made it look like a walk in the park.”

“Competing on the team at La Baule was my first opportunity to show what I could really do - I knew it was my chance and I would have to do great and Peter jumped amazing! And then he was brilliant again in Falsterbo. He is a wonderful horse!
